Meet the Team

Meet Megan:
Owner + Principal Designer
Megan Pisano's passion for interior design led her to earn a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, after which she honed her skills at the prestigious Italian furniture company B&B Italia for a decade.

In 2017, Megan took the leap to establish her own design firm, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Her approach embodies the philosophy of "Simple. Chic. Design." - creating spaces that blend modern luxury with family-friendly functionality. Megan's designs are characterized by their approachable elegance, often incorporating wallpaper and eclectic elements in ways that push clients' boundaries while ensuring comfort and livability. Known for her authenticity and straightforward communication, Megan prides herself on being responsive and easy to work with. She finds joy in seeing projects come to life, especially during photoshoot days, and is passionate about continuous learning in both design and business.

Megan resides in Chatham, NJ with her two young boys, who keep her grounded and laughing. As a certified yoga instructor, she brings a calm and balanced approach to her designs and client interactions, creating harmonious spaces that truly reflect each client's unique needs and personality. Her mission is to deliver interiors that are not just beautiful, but also functional and comfortable - spaces her clients love to live in every day.
Meet Breann:
Lead Designer
Breann received a Bachelors in Communication from The Fashion Institute of Technology where she began working in the multi-faceted events industry. After working for floral and event design companies over the last few years she decided to make the shift to interiors, which seemed like the natural next step for her.
Breann loves getting to be a part of the process of creating spaces that make clients truly enjoy their homes and live better.
In her spare time she enjoys doing anything that gets her out in nature – long walks, camping, hiking, going to the beach, or their family lake house.
Meet Grace:
Studio Operations Manager
Grace’s path to interior design looks a little different than most! She earned her undergrad in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas and then proceeded to get her Master of Theological Studies from Princeton Theological Seminary. Interestingly, her interest in interior design ultimately came out of her study of church design and architecture.

Before coming to MPD, Grace worked for an interior designer in Princeton, NJ, where she learned the fundamentals of the industry and explored project management through the lens of design. Grace’s personal design philosophy centers around functional elegance and sustainable design.

When she’s not at the office, you might find Grace on a hike with her family (including her pup, Tommie), browsing a farmer’s market, or teaching Zumba Kids!
